Established in 1969, Aquarius India, based in Mumbai are a pioneer in Apparel Design, Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Distribution. Our heart and soul is customer centric with a passion for Fashion supported with a diversified Supplier Portfolio. During our journey over the last Five decades, we have achieved a remarkable evolution and are one of the major Manufacturers and Exporters of ready-made garments from India. When it comes to ready-made garments, we offer a one stop solution to all garments demands. Production at Aquarius

Our Manufacturing Excellence

Production facilities at Aquarius are vertically integrated to facilitate all the processes involved in garment manufacturing inhouse. Be it fabric cutting , fusing, finishing or packing , the company has invested heavily in state of art machinery to carry out these tasks flawlessly. These investments further contribute to higher efficiency in productivity and market for lower costs of production - a benefit that is eventually passed on to the customers.
We have our solely owned woven factories, 1 in Mumbai, 3 at Vapi (Gujarat) and 1 in Tirupur (TN). Aside from these, we have exclusive JV's with multiple large stand alone factory's in Tirupur. Our team consists of well experienced sampling department, merchants, graphic designers, trims department.

Fabric Sourcing

Knitted Fabrics: Jerseys, Interlocks, Pique, Fleece, Terry, Pointelles, Bamboo, Yarn Dyed in 100% cotton and various blends.

Woven Fabrics: Polyester, Polyester Blend, Sustainable Recycled Polyester / 100% Cotton, Cotton Blends, Spandex (Lycra) Blends, Natural & Eco-Friendly Fabrics - (Bamboo | Organic cotton) - Yarn Dyed, Twill, Cambric cotton, Prints, Jacquard, Dobby, Schiffli. We have tied up with the best of mills and due to the big volumes we buy every season , we get the most competitive prices, which in turn is passed on to our clients.

Trims Sourcing

Here too, we have tied up with the best of trim suppliers all over India and get the benefit of the most competitive prices. We also import trims from worldwide as and if required.

Based at Mumbai - Maharashtra, Vapi, Gujarat, Tirupur - TN - Production capacity of all the units put together works out to 400,000 plus units / month, with few new floors on our expansion agenda which will add in to our current capacity. Our commitment to constantly upgrading our infrastructure and resources is well-evident from our array of state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. Our investment into an ever-expanding machinery list coupled with our commitment towards optimum efficiency enables us to obtain highest levels of productivity at minimum costs.
